1. Our annual capacity in the year 2020-21 of candidates passing out and due for OJT from various job roles is 2000 (Two thousand) at PAN India. The industries have options of choosing OJT candidates for short term assignments of 3 to 4 weeks to clear up their one-time pending works may contact us.
2. Apart from domain training we give special Emphasis on grooming our candidate’s personality to make them adaptable in industrial Ecosystem with Intensive practical training of soft skills, language Efficiency that is English and IT-Office Suit.
3. Duration 3 to 4 weeks.

5. The Smartskills Bits & Bytes Pvt Ltd would be willing to offer services in choosing OJT candidates as per the need of the industry.
6. Employers will get an opportunity to have sufficient numbers of short-term employee through OJT.
1.Smartskills Bits & Bytes Pvt Ltd has very active and efficient, placement team, who is available to help the industries to choose their tasks available with us. The placement team gives following services
* Making calls for LOI & Demand of skilled workforce from the industries.
* Forwarding of details of job aspirants.
* Alignment of selection process.
* Validation, documentation and joining.
* Pre-induction training to the selected candidates.
2. Corporate personality exposer: - Apart from domain training we give special emphasis on grooming candidates personality to make them adaptable in industrial Ecosystem with Intensive practical training of soft skills, language efficiency that is English and IT-Office Suit.
3. Our main feeding industries are retail, logistics, micro finance, banking, BPOs, Hospitality, electronics, health, Insurance, and apparels throughout the country.

5. At Present 1000+ the trained candidates are available in Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Kerala. Almost 20% of them are willing to reallocate.
6. Usually So far as the girl’s candidates are concern, we send them in group of at least 10(Ten). Please note that placed candidate must be issued with Letter of appointment prior to joining and proof of salary remittance in their accounts to be forwarded to us over a period of stating 12 months.
